steiner 提醒教師：我們最大的努力一定要放在培養一個自由的人，讓人有能力定義自己的目標、指導自己的生活。

為了要達到此教育目標，教師必須依學生的個別氣質，來施教與指導。教師應深刻了解每個孩子的氣質，對每個獨特的心靈負責，協助孩子進行自我調整，並找出相應的教學方式，使孩子得到人文和藝術的內化，達到均衡的發展。

生與死的祈禱文

上一篇所貼的英文祈禱文中，Prayer for Dead這篇是有另一個版本的，因為德文翻成英文時，也有很多個版本，我找到的是心詩老師所翻譯的版本。也附上另一篇同時在親友離開人世時，我們可以念的祈禱文。


可以選擇一週的固定某一天來念這篇祈禱文。working with angels中，Rudolf Steiner提到我們可以建立七的規律，例如透過每週念如心靈週曆、基石祈禱文等。

生死一瞬間，在這兩個世界中，一方繼續地球的工作，另一方展開靈性世界的旅程，在此時若能有共同聚集的祈求的力量，會讓兩方的心靈力量，處於能被支持的狀況來渡過這個過程。以下兩篇禱文提供給有興趣及需要的人。若亡者的母語是中文的請用中文，反之則請用英文。

惠特曼草葉集選

來自海聲華德福教育：

在自由遊戲中，孩子從宇宙星球走到地球的現在，他將自由地穿越未來。

孩子透過遊戲遇見自我與別人的自我，這是碰撞的時刻； 我們望著玩沙的孩子，時間似乎忘記了時間； 我們陪著孩子玩耍，大人似乎也墬入了時光隧道； 我們看著孩子專注地玩，彷彿他們看見什麼就模仿什麼， 惠特曼的詩就這樣讓孩子給玩出來了：

他一見什麼事物，就變成那樣事物，

教師如何提升內在力量

林玉珠校長今天分享了史代納一開始選了十二個門徒，作為一開始學校的成員，那時他給教師的六個冥想練習。
剛剛看到了另一本書談論了七個練習：

• Open Mind
• Gratitude

在人智學中，有一個面向來看人，是從思想面、情感面與意志面來看，而這六個練習也是從這之中延伸出來。這樣解釋起來，比較容易記得。

史代納給的第一個練習是思想的練習，透過每天花七分鐘/五分鐘/三分鐘(真的再不行就一分鐘吧)，專注在某一件事情的思考上，完全不脫離這個主題。一個月之後，再進行第二個練習。

校長說：失敗也算在一個月之內。(這句話給我很大的鼓勵。)

第二個練習是意志的練習，每天在同一個時間做一件很沒有意義的事情，例如摸眉毛一下，摳指甲一下...(沒有人會發現你正在以一種很平常的樣貌修行，這就是所謂的大隱吧。)這也維持一個月。

第三個練習是情感的練習。練習在非常非常悲傷的時候，試著不要太悲傷；在非常非常開心的時候，試著只開心一點點。(林校長說，華德福教師要在進學校前，脫掉情緒的外衣。這句話真有畫面。這件事情很重要，但也很難。但，我們目前能夠做到意識到這件事情，就已經在路上了。)

先以這三個練習為主，從今天開始練習。看看我的意志能不能在過年前訓練起來XD。

有小孩真好

小孩是來救大人的。林玉珠校長分享，她生小孩前，上下左右鄰居通通不認識，結果生小孩之後，為了讓孩子發展社會化能力，她抱著孩子一家一家拜訪。

她說，有小孩，可以帶著小孩認識公園裡的媽媽們，學校的同學家長們，懷孕時，附近鄰居的媽媽們或是醫院裡的媽媽們...同學關係不好，打電話到同學家去跟對方媽媽說，我們小孩想跟你們家小孩做朋友，邀請對方到家裡來玩，彼此雙方家長也變成了好朋友...

結論：有小孩真好。

主課程的教學

低年段的自然／語文 並無分野，進行的節奏是 說故事→故事的圖(由導師前一天畫在黑版)→字的演進(由圖而來)  如附圖

    說故事時，教師並無帶入過多的情緒，而是心中保有故事的氛圍圖像，運用語彙動作描述、說話聲調變化、停頓，引發不同氣質的孩子注意，聽完故事在第二天讓孩子重述故事，每天重複著這樣的節奏，讓孩子的能力從他自身長出，並學會使用它。

    第一次的數學主課程，我們進行數字 一～十二 ，探討數字的本質，進行數字一時，孩子們說出：我、彩虹、木星、海王星、月亮、海、土星…七大行星都出來了呢，我把它寫在黑板 ，對說出的保留一個空間去探索，也保留一個空間給即將出現的與未知的。在工作本的一邊寫上抽象數字(附圖)／一邊畫上代表數字的圖。
